Schedule a Consultation

If this sounds like you, then you could benefit from a telephone consultation.

  • You know what you want to happen, but you don’t know enough to prepare your documents on your own.

  • You have information overload from way too much research.

  • You need to clarify what you think you already know.

  • You have specific questions to which you can’t find the answers.

  • You are tired of putting off getting your affairs in order.

  • You need more information before taking the next step.

  • You are ready to move forward, but you don’t know where to begin.

You only have to do two things to prepare for our telephone call.

First, be prepared to discuss your concerns, goals, and reasons for creating powers of attorney and a will. Finish the following sentences.

  • Your concerns – Why you need or want to have powers of attorney and a will prepared.

    I am concerned that…

  • Your goals – What you want to happen or what you are trying to accomplish.

    I want…

  • Your reasons – Why it is so important to accomplish your goals.

My main reason for doing this is…

 Here are examples:

  • I am concerned that my spouse and I have children from previous relationships.

  • I am concerned about who will handle my affairs if I become mentally or physically disabled.

  • My goal is to make sure my spouse can do whatever he or she needs to do without any problems.

  • I want to choose who inherits my money, property, and other assets.

  • My main reason for doing this is to protect my spouse and family if I become seriously ill or if I die first.

  • My main reason for doing this is to make it easy to handle or wrap up my affairs.

Second, make a list of questions you would like to ask or write notes.  That way you won’t forget to ask something important, and we can make the most of our time together on the call.

That’s it!  Now you’re ready for a telephone consultation. So let’s get started.

At the time you choose, I will call you at the number you provide.
