This is a limited series private podcast created to help Louisiana families feel more confident about getting their affairs in order. I’m your host, Paula Vincent Johnson, a Louisiana civil law notary with a deep commitment to helping you gain a clearer understanding of the fundamental legal documents needed to face life’s inevitable challenges with clarity, confidence and ease.

You will learn about why estate planning matters and how to ensure that your wishes are honored before and after your death. And, because I have a holistic view of estate planning, you will also learn about how to wrap up a loved one’s estate without going to court and how to preserve inherited property to create generational wealth.

Season One consists of 16 episodes, starting October 1st, with subsequent episodes released every Tuesday through December 24, 2024.

Each episode will be approximately 15 to 20 minutes long and will contain practical guidance and actionable tips to help you begin or continue your estate planning journey.
